Kiwix is a free program used to view Wikipedia offline and without using Internet. Kiwix use the ZIM file format, which is an open and standardized file format to store Wiki content efficiently for offline usage and was developed by OpenZIM project. The Kiwix project is supported by the non-profit Wikimedia foundation and powered by the MediaWiki software. All content of Kiwix website is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 (CC BY-SA 3.0), which means you are free to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the content if you want to make commercial use of them.
