كيويكس هو قاريء لمحتوى الانترنت بدون اتصال. وهو برنامج أعد لتمكين تصفح موسوعة ويكيبيديا بدون الحاجة للاتصال بالانترنت. وهو مناسب لكل المحتويات بلغة (HTML). يدعم البرنامج ملفات مضغوطة بصيغة ZIM.
كيويكس هو برنامج حر، والذي يعني أنك تستطيع نسخه، وتعديله، ونشره بحرية.
كيويكس عادة يستحدم في المدارس والجامعات والمكتبات التي لا تستطيع توفير الوصول الى الانترنت بسعات عريضة، وهو أسرع كثيرا من الانترنت، وبمكن استخدامه أيضاً في عدة معاهد للاقتصاد في عرض النطاق وزمن القارئ. لكن عدد من الناس يستخدمون كيويكس لاستخدامهم الشخصي. هذا في حالة (على سبيل المثال) الأشخاص المتصفحين من جهات رقابية أو من السجون.
