The compilation is currently not really easy.
Please follow these steps:
cd moulinkiwix/dependences/ make clean all cd ../components/zimAccessor/ ./autogen.sh ; ./configure ; make clean all cd ../xapianAccessor/ ./autogen.sh ; ./configure ; make clean all cd ../zimXapianIndexer/ ./autogen.sh ; ./configure ; make clean all cd ../../kiwix kiwix.sh
