Qu'est-ce que Kiwix?
Kiwix vous permet de profiter d'un grand nombre de différents contenus web hors ligne et sans aucun accès à internet. C'est un logiciel spécialement destiné à rendre Wikipedia disponible sans internet, mais il est potentiellement utilisable pour tout contenu HTML.
Kiwix est un Logiciel libre sous la licence GPL3 qui vous permet de le redistribuer et partager librement avec d'autres personnes.

What is Library?
The Library is a place that you can organize your .ZIM files and see the details about them. You can load a specific .ZIM file or remove that from your library and also you can search for new available .ZIM files and then download them just by a click.
You will need the Library if you want to switch between your installed .ZIM file files. For instance, if you are using the English Wikipedia ZIM content and want to read an article of French Wikipedia, you should load the latter ZIM file from your Library.

Kiwix content packages, called ZIM files, are not belonged to Kiwix. ZIM file format has been created by the OpenZIM project, but Kiwix focuses on the offline content of Wikipedia and you can see the more information about the ZIM files of Wikipedia in this page.
User guide
Kiwix is a user-friendly and easy-to-use software. It works like the ordinary web-browsers and has the same abilities they have.
You can navigate the pages, change the appearance of the program to the one you wish to have, save or print the pages, copy-paste them, search through the pages or find a phrase in the text of a page and many other functions and abilities.
