Live CD/Binaries to remove

The Ubuntu live CD ships with a complete system on it, the Kiwix live CD, instead, should contain only the programs necessary to run and show kiwix.

Here's a list of the programs to be removed from the Ubuntu Live CD:

  • remove all the programs in the "Office" section
  • remove all "Games"

Here's a list of the program to be maintained:

  • Totem (to reproduce Kiwix' screencast)
  • Firefox (to visit the site)
