A mini-hackathon was hosted by Joe on 22-24 February 2019 to address various problems related to mediawiki offliner and, hopefully, release MWoffliner 1.8.

-The hackathon was a success. We achieved to prepare a first version of Kiwix. We finally decided to combine a native Android UI with a native binary code coming from the C++ code. The result is a beautiful app. but also fast.
-We have now an Android Application working on Android4 or later. It runs on devices based on ARM, Intel atom and MIPS CPUs.
