It's so great that a chapter is directly committing to support this project! This is exciting to see. Two questions:
(1) how were these three priorities selected and

Compilation Farm and Sugar port were two priorities already listed on the Volunteers program page. I just tried to setup a project with some coherency, and here it was the compilation topic.
