Hi Hidro, thank you for the update of the local in Hebrew. Like you have remarked, there was a "small" encoding problem. If you want you can add the English local pages (which are the master) to your watch list an configure in your preferences to get an email each time these pages will be modified... so you will be able pretty fast to improve the hebrew local.
