Kiwix in Wikimania 2009

Hi Kelson.

Yesterday I returned from Wikimania 2009, I held extensive meetings with Jimmy Wales and Florence Devouard. I told them about Kiwix also talk to Samuel to see if we join forces with his WikiBrowser and simple to use kiwix olpc. Portuguese (Portugal) translation

I took the liberty to translate into Portuguese (Portugal) aka pt-PT at Translation/languages/pt-PT. I think I understood how it works: it looks quite basic. If I made some mistake, please let me know.
