Hello, I want to make the most important pages here translatable. Kelson installed the Translate extension, you can see an example at Features. Now I want to do the main page, but also Compilation/en, Download/en and Tools/en. I can prepare them for translation, but would you help me by importing all the old translations in the new system? It just means copying the text from old revisions in the new pages via Special:Translate, see tutorial. When you have some time, it should take 2-3 hours. - Hi Nemo, of course, I'll do that soon. Sorry for the delay. ●Mehran Debate● 04:50, 16 February 2013 (CET)
- Hello, presently you need to be sysop to mark the page for translation, and you have to learn some docs for that. I prefer not to erase the main page for longer times, so just let me know when you have some free time to do copy and pasting work and I'll immediately prepare the page for you (usually I'm not awake at European nights though...). --Nemo (talk) 04:54, 16 February 2013 (CET)
Should be http://download.kiwix.org/portable/wikipedia_fa_all.zip and similar. --Nemo (talk) 16:22, 4 December 2014 (CET)
User guide translation
Hello. I have split some paragraph of the English User Guide making the translation units shorter and easier to translate. Since you translated it to your language, I tried to copy paste translated paragraphs. Could you take a look at User_guide/fa and see if everything is right?
I also add links to translatewiki.net in the message documentation of some paragraphs in order to be consisted with what is translated there.
