키윅스(Kiwix)는 웹페이지 콘텐츠를 위한 오프라인 리더입니다. 이는 위키백과의 콘텐츠를 오프라인에서 읽을 수 있게 해줍니다. (기능 문서를 참고하세요.). 키윅스를 통해서 당신은 위키백과를 어디서든지 즐길 수 있습니다. 당신이 보트 위에 있어도, 허허벌판에 있어도, 심지어 감옥 안에서도 즐길 수 있습니다. Kiwix manages to do that by reading ZIM files, a highly compressed open format with additional meta-data.
키윅스는 모질라 프레임워크를 사용하며 한국어를 포함한 80개 이상의 다국어를 지원합니다. 키윅스는 전체 텍스트 검색, 탭 탐색과 PDF 및 HTML으로의 변환을 지원합니다.

위키백과 파일
In order to read the Wikipedia articles offline, download the Zim file relating to the specific Wikipedia you want. In order to view the full list of ZIM files, click on "→ 모든 언어 보기" below the table.
두가지 다운로드 옵션이 존재합니다.:
- non-indexed ZIM contains only a ZIM file and you may want to index it to be able to use the fulltext search.
- Portable Pre-indexed ZIM contains Kiwix application only for Windows with an indexed ZIM file. So you should download the Kiwix reader from the previous section if you're not a Windows user. The ZIM file may be split into several 2 gigabytes parts to be compatible with FAT32 filesystems.
Note: The Pre-index ZIM files could be copied in the different computers with Windows/Linux operating systems, Mac users may face with some problems.
Note: There are two options to download for each non-indexed and pre-indexed versions:
- 직접 다운로드 which downloads the file directly from Wikimedia servers.
- 비트토렌트 which downloads the file with a torrent software.

You can try compiling Kiwix for yourself. The application source code can be downloaded ⇓ here. Otherwise, try one of the pre-compiled versions.
