This page is a HOWTO to create a Windows Kiwix hotspot on a laptop or tablet computer. This Kiwix Web server will allow any wifi capable device to surf the offline Wikipedia and other ZIM files made available through kiwix-serve.

1 - Hardware

Almost all hardware may be used to build such a wifi hotspot.
