WMF UX Improvement Effort

• Search bar and search button should be improved
• MacOSX Quit menu item in File menu is odd to see
• "Adding Content" paragraph does not exist in the Help page in English
• Revamp the Help page
• Introduce a download manager
• Google-styled search result page
